Our inspector Justin was very thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions, explained what he was doing and how things worked around the house. We are first-time buyers so our experience with Justin was extremely valuable. We also loved how efficient and streamlined the whole process was—from setting up the appointment, getting someone to inspect the house and receiving a detailed report with photos. It practically took one day! We have lifetime access to the report and can click for recommendations. We will definitely hire this company again for any future inspection.

He took the time to explain everything clearly during the inspection. The inspection was very thorough and the report was detailed and delivered quickly. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great customer service.

The owner and his employees are very knowledgeable and found way more than my first inspector. They also take the time to explain what they found to you and emphasize the importance on the inspection report. They added specs and manuals to the inspection report so the builder cannot argue on what is allowed/correct. I will definitely be calling them again when I buy a new home.
