We purchased our home a year ago and wanted to do a routine termite inspection. Kaitlyn helped me over the phone and was friendly and professional in setting up an appointment. Sean was our technician and couldn't have been more helpful. He did a thorough inspection of the outside of the home, answering all questions to my satisfaction. He checked the inside as well, though he seemed quite sure we had no current issues with termites based on his inspection of the home's exterior, which was a relief to say the least. He explained both the chemicals and bait methods your company uses in a way that I could easily understand and provided a reasonable written quote for both maintenance with termite bait traps and a minor ant annoyance we were having in a shower area. Overall, Sean did an excellent job representing your company and we plan to use Pro Defense in the future, whatever work we decide to do, due to his good nature and professionalism. Kudos to your company for hiring such top-notch people.
We have been using Pro Defence now for approx 5 months. They have a pest guarantee whihc is top notch and they follow it to a T. We get sprayed for scorpions etc quaterly and as per normal, sometimes a few pop up post treatment. We have many factors here that contribute to elevated scorpion activity and 100% control is next to impossible but whenever we have called to get a free redo based on their guarantee, they come asap, they do a 100% re-treatment and also an inspection and give tips on how to control any outbreaks that may occur. Very responsive, no excuses, very professional and educational. They get the job done, do what they say, come when they say and keep their word. 100% would recommend them to anyone.
