Ashley Furniture exceeded our expectations with quality products and outstanding service. We are thoroughly enjoying the furniture that has been delivered, and we are anxiously awaiting the final items. Heather facilitated our excellent experience at Ashley Furniture. She allowed us to peruse the store at our own pace and focus on our choices while she kept track of our items as we added and deleted them. She was very, very pleasant throughout the experience. Our first visit lasted for hours, and she never once rushed us but encouraged us to take our time. We even had to take a break to eat, and she encouraged us to relax and not worry. We had time to think through our choices and feel confident with our decisions. She reviewed all of the details with us before any payment was made. She was like dealing with Nordstrom's quality service, and she continued to follow up well beyond our in-store shopping. She has continued to check on our deliveries, add new items, and answer questions as they came up. Her support team and management also support her. Heather truly shines. We are pleased with the unique items we found. The quality and value are well above what we had anticipated. We will be back.

I worked with Andrea and she was very helpful from beginning to end in helping me pick my couch and bar stools. I just moved down to South Carolina and was unsure of what kind of a couch I wanted. I went back and fourth on my decision for a while and she was very understanding through it all. The delivery time was also quicker than I expected. Thank you.

My sales agent, Richie, greeted my daughter and I, she was very knowledgeable about furniture and therefore had insight on many aspects of things I’m considering for my next move, she offered the opportunity of working with a Haverty’s designer, checked on us as we moved throughout the different departments, and offered her help in the future once we know what our needs are. I really appreciate her sharing her value with us. The store we visited felt like a great atmosphere, it was clean on the way in, the store was immaculately kept, and we appreciate things like that as well. It was my first visit into a Haverty’s and it’s a great brand with beautiful item after beautiful item in all the details offered for design needs. We had a great experience.

I experienced wonderful service at this location. Sandy and Ty were very knowledgeable and professional, without being too "in your face" about making a purchase. This furniture is expensive, so I am grateful for the guidance through the process and respecting my considerations. I will certainly be back to this location for more assistance in furnishing my home.

Beautiful showroom, top notch quality and service! Ask for Kirk, he was knowledgeable and really took his time to show us what was on sale, what would work best in the space we had and color options to enhance our paint colors and existing carpets.

We ordered a dresser and two nightstands and two side tables and I have never been happier with a furniture purchase! I looked for years for taller, larger nightstands and couldn’t find what I was looking for. We stopped at Charleston Amish Furniture and I was so pleased to find that they can custom make EVERYTHING!! We fully customized our items - Wood, color, dimensions, hardware! I am absolutely in love with the furniture and we had a great experience working with Lauren! I was also pleased when the items were delivered in less than the quoted time. Everything was ready in about 5 weeks. Excellent experience all around, I’m sure we will be repeat customers.

A unique furniture store. If you are looking for some custom built furniture with good value, look no further. I orders a single slap dinning table with Chairs and I can’t wait to get them delivered. Lauren is great and she patiently helped me and made my shopping experience exceptional.
