Just bought a new X5 today and we had a great experience. Sam was a terrific salesman who was very knowledgeable and thorough. It was such a pleasure to deal with a professional like him. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Tristan who gave us plenty of his time explaining all the tech in the car which is crazy. Another great guy. All in all, I'd give the team there 5 stars.

We had an amazing experience at Rick Hendricks BMW. My husband spoke on the phone with Peter Stuart and he was very professional and Nice. He told us about the car we were looking at and made sure we had the information before we even arrived. Once we arrived we felt very special and were treated very well. Peter greeted us with a smile a test drive and was very knowledgeable. We wound up buying my first BMW. I am in my 50’s and have wanted one since I was 23. I felt like a kid getting my 2023 BMW and it drives like a dream. Technology can be challenging in a new car but Christian was our Guru and he sat with me and walked me through the features. Even got my phone, remotes and settings right where I wanted them. That was extremely helpful. Then there was Trae and he was our finance guy. Super courteous and did not try to push us into anything. We had an amazing experience and I love the Certified Preowned Warranty. Makes me feel better about driving my vehicle.
