I just want to give a huge shoutout to Pedro, he is simply the best! I’ve been living in the building for about 4 years now, and his customer service is truly unmatched. We recently had an issue with our bathroom—the toilet had a leak—and Pedro came through and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He’s always happy to assist with a great attitude, and it never goes unnoticed. Thank you, Pedro, for your hard work and dedication. We appreciate you so much!.

Moving this June into Regatta at New River and couldn’t be happier so far. As a young professional new to the area, I was looking for a place that felt modern, safe, and well-managed—and Regatta checks all the boxes. Francia made the application process super easy and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Great first impression and excited to be here.

Got my apartments today. Can’t Thanks enough to Marilyn for helping me with all the lease applications. She were really nice and kind and always answer all the questions I have. Marilyn made my move in easy and quick, she explained every single detail. I already fall in love with the view that I can see a lot of boats passing by from my balcony and the river walk is a plus.

Grisel , I love her. She always listens when I gave an problem and things are fixed and and she sends me an email. I am loving the all the door decorations we do now and the way she makes me feel welcomed. The staff is amazing here. I always tell people who are looking for a nice clean apartment to come and see her and her staff. Thank you Grisel you and you beautiful staff.

We recently moved in, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience so far! Chalanda and Grisel were both incredibly helpful throughout the process and made the move in smooth and welcoming. The amenities are great the pool is always clean, the washer and dryer work efficiently, and the gym is well equipped for a solid workout. Overall, I feel very comfortable and at home here. Highly recommend!.

Amanda was wonderful. She gave me the best tour ever and I appreciate her taking her time out to show me the apartment. I definitely will come back so I can make arrangements.

I recently moved to Building E after previously living in Building A, which had no view. My family and I are very impressed with Emera and feel that we made the right decision in moving to Building E. The view is beautiful, And the front desk staff, especially Rick, has been extremely helpful. Whenever there’s an issue, * Rick is always willing to provide guidance and does his best to help resolve it. We truly appreciate his support. Love this home.

Living at Emera Port Royale affords a sense of ease, control and empathy. It's a remarkable space that extends beyond its architecture and location. At the core of this experience is Emera's concierge, Rick. His calming demeanor smooths out any wrinkles. His ability to quickly have answers creates efficiency. And, his earnestness and charm serve as the best avatar for a place you call home. I think I speak for many of us in saying thank you to this kind man.

This is a wonderful place to live. I am happy that we chose this complex. It has a very beautiful view, good atmosphere. Lots of great amenities for residents. 2 beautiful open terraces. Very good gym. Nice pool and bbq area. There is a super management team here who take good care of us. They throw parties for us. And it's nice.
