I can’t thank Stasia enough for how seamless and stress-free she made the entire leasing process. From our very first interaction, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and kind—always quick to answer questions and guide us through every step with patience and clarity. We were genuinely excited to move in, and a large part of that was due to how easy and smooth she made the experience. Although our plans changed unexpectedly at the last minute, I still wanted to take a moment to recognize Stasia’s professionalism, dedication, and warmth throughout this process. Her effort did not go unnoticed, and I’m truly grateful for her support.

the best thing about this community is the maintenance team, especially Hedson. I really appreciate how punctual they are when it comes to getting things done quickly and efficiently. He is always friendly, truly makes a difference in the atmosphere here. Thanks for all that you do!

Samir was super helpful today with the lock battery and with troubleshooting the sensor dashboard. He also educated us about the sink leakage sensor placement under the sink which we weren’t aware about at all, until today. Hehe.

I've been living in this apartment for half a year now and haven't had any problems. I would recommend it because it's clean, there are no noise issues, and the showers are always hot. Even if there is a problem, they respond immediately. It was my first time renting an apartment in America and I was nervous, but with a lot of support I've been able to live comfortably every day.

We've lived at Coolsprings at Frisco Bridges for two years now and have had a wonderful experience. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and in a great location with easy access to everything we need. The staff has always been responsive and friendly, making it feel like home. We’re happy here and plan to continue staying!

I have been part of Coolsprings from past 3 years. In these tenure, what i liked the most is community and property location. Any issue related to my apartment or common areas has been promptly addressed and resolved. The staffs are generous and kudos to the regular initiatives/events to improve it further. Definably worth recommending.

CORTLAND PHILLIPS CREEK RANCH REVIEWS

I’ve lived here for a few months now, and one of the things that immediately stood out to me was how beautiful the landscaping is. The landscaping is always well-kept, with lush green lawns, colorful flowers, and trees that make the entire complex feel peaceful and inviting. It’s honestly one of the nicest-looking places I toured when apartment hunting. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the property—it really adds to the overall experience of living here. Highly recommend for anyone who values a well-maintained and scenic environment!

This is my favorite place that I’ve ever lived. The maintenance team and leasing team are phenomenal. Everyone is super kind and helpful. The leasing team has always been amazing between planning my moves and service requests. The maintenance team are stars- they always come the day of or next day when I make a request and are very kind while they help you with your unit. Plus the area is well kept, beautiful, and safe. I’m sad moving away for work, but I would absolutely live here again!

This apartment complex is great! Ive loved living here, with no issues. Jaycee helped me with everything I needed! She was attentive, helpful and has great hospitality. She gave me a tour and helped find the perfect fit for me. Thank you Jaycee!
