I would like to highlight the efforts of Alan and Emily specifically in this review. Both of these employees went above and beyond during my stay and I am so appreciative of them. Alan greeted me when I arrived, helped with luggage, help with finding a cart, answered all my questions, and was always friendly when I encountered him. Alan is a great member of your team to keep around! Emily checked me in and was very friendly and professional. When it came time to check out, the hotel was very busy and a big event at the convention center was also ending. There were some elevator problems and tensions were a little high with guests trying to get down to the lobby. Emily politely directed those without luggage to the stairs and, since we had a cart full of stuff, took the initiative to escort us to a service elevator and out to the lobby. I love when places empower their employees to problem solve and take initiative. Emily saved us from missing our brunch reservation!! Kudos to both these employees. The hotel itself is clean and offers many perks such as free breakfast every morning and a cocktail hour every evening. The location is amazing and is about 10 minutes from anything you could possibly want - restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. the parking garage is large and very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had the best experience at Embassy suites In Frisco. I book through a third party and the room was not what we were told, but the very lovely Emily at front desk went above and beyond to help us square things out for a lovely stay. The rooms are lovely and spacious, the location is very convenient, but most of all, the staff is amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with a great staff, from the front desk crew to the bartender. The morning breakfast was decent and the happy hour drinks were a nice perk. Wardell the bartender was hysterical and a huge thank you to the shuttle driver, Chuck, who took care of us and explained the sights near the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

OMNI FRISCO HOTEL AT THE STAR REVIEWS

Everything was set up beautifully with chocolate strawberries in the room. The room was actually one of the nicest we have been in. Everything was so clean and so well put together and so well decorated. The bed was wonderful to sleep in. The bathroom has a huge soaking tub, a walk-in shower with two sinks. There is a wonderful seating area and even a separate office area. Around the hotel is a lot of wonderful shopping and of course the star, which is the cowboy practice field. I would highly recommend this area for a getaway. It happened to be our wedding night and I can't think of a nicer place if you're staying in town.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Was there for a wedding. Guest service representatives were polite and helpful. After realizing I left my headphones in the room after I checked out, I called the hotel to inform them. They immediately retrieve and would be sending them back to me. Amazing services for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. What really made the experience stand out was the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude made me feel right at home.

COMFORT SUITES FRISCO REVIEWS

This is a great place to stay. The front desk service here is fantastic, really great service from Clarence and all others. The hotel is located right next to the Toyota stadium and National Soccer facilities. There are multiple restaurants/bars within walking distance. The rooms and other parts of the hotel were all very clean and well kept. I think this is probably the best guest experience I’ve had with the Comfort Suites brand. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so. Great price on rooms too.

This hotel felt like a true home away from home during my work trip. The employees welcoming and respectful demeanor created a wonderful atmosphere, and the clean and cozy rooms, lobby, and breakfast area were a delight. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Texas so I can stay here again! Thank you.

This place was great. Awesome prices for quality accommodations. Big rooms. Decent breakfast Nice swimming and exercise area. Friendly staff. Huge meeting rooms and side conference rooms for reservations. Clean facility all around. Elevators. Nice decor. Lots of plug-in options for devices. Free WiFi.
