I can’t say enough good things about The Watermere! From the moment we walked through the doors, my grandma felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure my grandma and residents feel comfortable and well cared for. The facilities are top-notch, with beautifully maintained grounds, spacious living areas, and an impressive range of amenities. Whether you’re loved one is interested in fitness, arts and crafts, or simply socializing with other residents, there’s always something to do. The dining options are fantastic as well, with delicious and nutritious meals served daily. The staff’s dedication to creating a positive and engaging environment is evident in every aspect of life here for my grandmother. If you’re looking for a safe, vibrant, and welcoming place for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend the Watermere. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy retirement to the fullest.

Watermere Frisco is a great place to live. There are at least two things that set it apart from other similar facilities. One, we have a great calendar of activities each month. We particularly enjoy the outings to theatres, restaurants, museums, etc. The Activities Director and her assistant do a tremendous job. Two, there is a very positive culture of friendliness. Longer term residents enjoy the many social contacts they have developed and newcomers are made to feel welcome and are rapidly integrated into the community. Always being active and having many friends is a strong combination for a happy life.

I enjoy and love working here at the Watermere in Frisco. Heather is amazing. I enjoy helping out with the activities and joining in and some of the happy hour activities that she has going. I love the resident here and I love being here every day with them they are wonderful. She is wonderful, so is the concierge at the desk Marquell EVANS she’s a doll. I’ve been here at Watermere working for a little over a year and I work for Reliant At Home and I have an office here at the Watermere in Frisco and the majority of the residence. do know my name I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love it here .

Even though my uncle only lived there for a couple months before passing away, the staff & facilitated couldn’t have been better. They were very attentive to his needs & kept me apprised of how he was doing when I wasn’t there. It tickled him that they were even calling him Uncle He told me multiple times that they were taking such good care of him. It’s very much a family atmosphere & I couldn’t have found more caring people him to. The facility administrator, Carmen, wears her heart on her sleeve & is amazing! Two of the girls that worked closest with my uncle were Aaron & Mariah & they’re pure gems! I wouldn’t hesitate to place another family member at Mustang Creek Estates if the need should arise. Heck, I’d have no problem living there myself.

Mustang Creek is a top notch assisted living! Their liaison Dan provides excellent customer service and communication. I work at the SNF next door and Mustang Creek is one of the top on our list to refer patients to. I have yet to have a bad experience and I have been working next door for 4 years.

Dan, and the administration at Frisco is amazing! They are genuinely helpful and very caring, not just the patient need's but to the family as well. I’m excited for my dad‘s forever home.
