I recently built and closed on my first ever home out in Park Place in November 2021 and the whole experience was great! Christy in the sales office is an absolute sweetheart that will do everything in her power to make sure you are taken care of. My construction manager was Brandon. He keeps a tight build schedule (from concrete to finish was 5 months! Which is tough considering the current environment with supply chain issues) and lets you know of anything and everything that is going on with the construction of your home. The team is readily available and accessible for open communication which is key! You don't have to track them down unlike in other homebuilder's communities. My house has gotten nothing but compliments from family, friends even people just scoping out the neighborhood! I highly recommend Cambridge Homes to everyone I can.

I recently closed on my home wirh Cambridge, they made the process so smooth from start to move in. You always hear the scary stories about the home buying process but the individuals I worked with Abbey the sales person and Leigh the GC made sure none of the scary stuff happened. Thank you to all the members of the Cambridge team. I am very happy with my selection and love my new home.

Cambridge homes is one of the best builders in Texas. I love their finishing and the quality. Christy, the sales manager is the best she is very helpful. I had to cancel buying the house due to my financial situation but definitely I will be back with them to get my dream home when I am ready. Thank you guys for the perfect experience.

THE HILLS OF KINGSWOOD REVIEWS

The Hills of Kingswood is a premier custom gated community. The lot sizes range from a quarter acre to one acre. Some families have bought a few one acre lots for their dream homes. This community has attracted the best builders in the DFW area with some flying in for their clients. I love biking on their private trail and enjoy hiking through the 800-acre city park directly behind this development. The guard house looks more like one of the many mansions in this community providing a secure feeling to myself and other residents.

Great community, beautiful homes, amazing place to build or buy your dream home.
