GOTCHA COVERED OF FRISCO REVIEWS

We had a great experience working with Gotcha Covered! Laurie came out twice to discuss options and review fabric choices for our curtains and rolling shades. Price was very reasonable and better than 3 other vendors we got bids from. Laurie kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and checked in often even while we were just waiting for materials. We were able to get the interior window coverings done ahead of schedule. We also ordered rolling shades for our covered patio but due to additional work in our backyard we had to delay installation. Gotcha Covered was super flexible with that and did not pressure us to complete the job until we were ready. The office staff was always responsive, friendly, and helpful. The installers were on time, very courteous, neat, and professional. They explained how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable with how things turned out before leaving. I would highly recommend Gotcha Covered and have already referred two of my real estate clients to them.

TEXAS SHUTTERS AND BLINDS REVIEWS

We had shutters installed last summer in part of our house. Tom told us when he measured that we will love them so much we will want the rest of the windows done. He was absolutely right and we just completed our second install for the rest of our windows earlier this week. To say I am pleased is an understatement. They are gorgeous and so well made. Both of our installer teams were amazing, kind and professional. Our home has been completely transformed and I would encourage anyone thinking about it to just go for it.

I’m so excited about my wide shutters with hidden tilt!!! My new home looks amazing with our pottery barn/Charleston style shutters. Thank you Texas Shutters for the impeccable quality! The ladies in the office have been so kind and Tom the owner actually is who measured and won the bid due to his fair pricing and educating me on shutters vs blinds. Billy was so awesome. He typically doesn't do repairs but he was kind enough to come to my home and fixed a shutter that we didn't purchase from him. On top of that he didn't even charge me. We people like Billy much these days. I would not hesitate to use him to install my shutters or blind if I hadn't already bought some.

We used Firefighter blinds & Shutters for plantation shutters. Billy was very professional and had great customer service. He kept us apprised of our order status and they were installed with no issues. We would use him again if we ever wanted more.

Billy did a great job installing our shutters! I am impressed with the quality of the product and his customer service has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Firefighter Blinds and Shutters.
