Just went to Falcon Creek Luxury Apartments and was immediately impressed. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the buildings have a modern, upscale vibe. The fitness center looks top-notch, and the pool area is seriously resort-like. Although I didn't see inside any units, the whole place gives off a high-end, comfortable feel. If you're looking for a touch of luxury and a great atmosphere, Falcon Creek is definitely worth a closer look!

When I needed her to help me with something extremely important, Brittany, the property manager, immediately asked how she could help and went into action. She did everything in her power to make me feel at ease. Thank you for your kindness and I am grateful to have the new management! Things have been so pleasant since you all came along. The office staff genuinely cares, they go above and beyond to meet our needs. The phones get answered and the maintenance crew is fantastic! When I place an order, someone reaches out to let me know they will be coming.

All I can say is AWESOME this area is perfect if you are looking for a home. We have been here for 16 years! Great amenities (Huge Pool, car wash, 2-nice barbeque areas and much more} The friendly/professional staff is great at assisting new renters. All military looking for a place close to several local bases, this spot is for you. Ms, Debbie Foster has done an awesome job of keeping things moving like a well oiled machine! Thanks to the entire staff for keeping the area and apartments in order!!!!!!!

This property is top tier. I don’t think it should be 4 stars, it deserves 5-star. The property management team is amazing, led by the manager Lisa!!! I’ve traveled all over the nation as a travel nurse and they make you feel right at home. Accommodating, communication and understanding they work with you to make the worse situation into a better one! I humbly thank all the staff at Monticello at Town center. I am here to stay! Thank you so much. Property is immaculate!

I am a very new resident. So far, my family and I are having a positive experience. The front office staff and management are very kind and friendly. Applying, viewing, and accepting that this was the right place to live was stress-free. I feel they listen well and provide assistance and support when needed. The apartment my husband and I chose is very nice and has the space we need. After a year, I'm sure I will update my review with more positivity.

I like the community it is very welcoming and the ladies in the office are great. Lillian, Na’Lyssah, Sierra and Lisa were awesome. They all made me feel very comfortable and at home while visiting, touring and moving into the community.
