I moved to Village West a month ago. Let me say the staff has been truly amazing from day one. They made moving into my apartment easy as 123. I never did a walk-through and yet my apartment was everything i was looking for and more. Kelce is phenomenal she always handle things in a timely manner. Ramondo Moye keep doing what your doing because you are truly the best. The whole team is simply the best.

I moved in around 3 months ago and have had a great experience! My maintenance requests have been filled in a timely manner. I’ve been using the gym and a couple machines haven’t been working but I’ve seen them working hard to get those fixed. Me and my cat feel very at home at Village West!.

Prices are fair. My host was spectacular, very nice and professional. The apartment was the right size and the space was great.

WOODVIEW APARTMENTS REVIEWS

The apartments are nice and Barbra (I think was her name) in the office was very kind and helpful. I like the amount of resources - smart home and apps for paying rent and maintenance requests. Their maintenance team has come same or next day if it wasn’t urgent with every request I have put in. My only complaint is that they don’t always answer the phone in the office but small price to pay, I just usually go in person to have any questions answered.

Woodview Ridge apartments are really amazing. The maintenance crew is very professional and get to my requests very fast. The office personnel is very friendly and helpful. I have recommended these apartments to several friends that have moved here.

Just spoke with Yasmin up at the office about some future plans moving forward with my apartment, and she was so amazing! Very understanding, and very comforting as she could tell I was a bit stressed. She made it a very comfortable environment, and made it even easier to talk! Not only that but she was extremely insightful, and could answer any and all questions I had for her!.

I appreciate management working with me whenever I need assistance with anything. I like the atmosphere of the apartments, it’s very family oriented. My neighbors are great and the property is being renovated from the inside out. Rox-Ann, the property manager is great! She actually listens and is attentive to her tenants. Alberto, the property assistant has always looked out for me and my family to ensure maintenance is done.

Beautiful commmunity landscape just redone. Loved all the amenities this property has to offer with my favorite being the volley ball court new sand and all. Model unit shown was sparking with the stainless steel appliances and has so much storage space for me and my family.

I just toured this complex and was amazed by not only how clean it was, but how nice it looked! The staff was very helping and courteous, definitely the kindest that I’ve experienced in my apartment search so far.
