I've been a customer of Armourdale furniture and mattress storefor for two decades and their merchandise is good quality I'm going to tell you how good their furniture is I bought a bedroom set and a dining room set my dining room set includes a china cabinet and I've been having it for 20 years and it's still in good condition so if you want good quality and you want to keep it and pass it on to your children and your children passing on it their children that's where you need to go and spend your money that's all I can tell you.

All of the staff, manager included, were helpful in helping me find what I need. No pushy tactics, and I was treated respectfully and with consideration. They were willing to work with me to delay shortly my planned purchase date in order to see new inventory that might better appeal to my needs at the expense of a quick sale.

I received a very personal shopping experience without it being too pushy. My sales rep was kind, and personable. Their selection was better than most other stores in the metro including the bigger guys. Supporting small business is important to me because of the quality care that you receive. I will be returning once again in the future.

Always able to find what we need here. Visit on a weekday morning for a smaller crowd and more personalized attention from the staff. The inventory was on hand and the prices for electronics were as low as anywhere else. They do price match, but most of the time they have the lowest price. You can get local delivery too. Overall great experience and we will keep coming back.

The sales representative in clearance department is phenomenal her name is Diana She is absolutely amazing. She assisted me in checking out all the electronics and helped me measure for transport.. She assisted me in figuring out if it would fit in my space as well. she was very thorough, which caused me to come back the next day and ask for her for my purchase. I would recommend her to anybody she’s outstanding in personality, she’s kind, in every aspect of her job. She’s a quality person and I appreciate that. She’s a 5 star individual.

The ease of finding a quality chair for a great price was amazing! The delivery of the chair happened same day and the person was friendly, professional and very helpful! This is definitely not my first purchase with NFM and it surely will not be my last!!! I am pleased with every purchase I have made and the quality of materials is exceptional.

Really enjoyed my time shopping at the Leawood Crate and Barrell! My wife and I have purchased couches in the past and have really struggled to find what we like and what would best fit our space. We met with Cecillia, the designer on staff, who was wonderful to work with. She helped guide us through the purchasing process, found a couch that would work best for our space, and provided us insight as to what else we could add. We couldn't have had a better experience for this purchase!.

Absolutely love this crate and barrel and I’ve been to many different ones around the county and I’d say this one is up there with other high end area’s. It’s average sized. Not as big as the top cities like Chicago or las Angela’s but it’s a great size for johnson county.

Easy pick up, waited less than a minute to have an associate bring out my online order.
