Fantastic buying experience! I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful Sales Associate, Alex Chaparro while buying a CPO 2024 Toyota Crown. He was friendly, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire buying experience. His ability to readily answer our questions and seek answers to questions he did not know the answer to helped my wife and I feel confident and comfortable in our purchase. He remained with us throughout the entire process even after the dealership had closed. Despite the dealership being fairly busy, we felt like we had 100 percent of his attention. He truly made the car buying process painless and remarkably pleasant. He did an amazing job explaining Legend Toyota’s car sales process. We could not have asked for a better vehicle purchasing experience. While the entire staff at Legends Toyota seemed friendly as well, I highly recommend you visit Alex for for your next vehicle purchase.

Eli and Asher were absolutely amazing! Very kind. Truly felt like they cared about us. No pressure sales! The entire process was so easy and transparent. They looked for the very best deal for us. This was my first Toyota purchase & it was a great experience!! Bethany & Austin made everything very easy. The dealership has a playroom for kids which was definitely a bonus, and my kids loved the assortment of snacks. We will definitely come here again.

Huge shoutout to Jackson and his manager at Victory Ford KC! We recently purchased a Model Y, and just two days into ownership, an error popped up. Since it’s a Tesla, the dealership couldn’t fix it themselves, but they assured us they’d support us when we took it to Tesla. True to their word, Victory Ford went above and beyond covering all the repair costs. Thank you, Jackson and team! Your generosity and customer care mean more than you know.

My experience at Victory was great. They did exactly what was needed without adding extras that cost money. I made some last minute additions which they gladly took care of. The service manager , Karly Murray was friendly and extremely helpful. I live almost 90 minutes away and could get work done closer, but I will return to Victory because of the service I received.

I had a great experience buying a 2025 Ford from Victory Ford. All the associates there are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt zero pressure from the sales staff, who provided great service. I’m very impressed with this sale experience and will be buying again from Victory Ford in the future.
