Staff was very friendly,Dulce at front desk was very polite ,My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable,as well as the pillows.had plenty of clean towels,The Housekeeping lady I believe her name is Maribel ,? Well she was also very very friendly and very polite,made sure I had clean towels and told me if I needed anything let her know,LOVE THE FRIENDLY STAFF that greeted me again Maribel from housekeeping and Dulce at front both very kind,please give these two magnificent ladies a good award for going above and beyond.they are great ,very friendly service also I highly recommend these hotel.

My mother had an appointment with KU Med on 2/18 so we decided to drive to KC on 2/17 to avoid the snow storm heading to our area overnight. She accidentally picked the wrong dates for our stay but didn’t realize it until check in. Luckily we had an amazing customer service rep at the front desk! He was able to get us a room and refunded her mistake. The hotel was clean, right across the road from the building our appointments were at and even has a 5 Guys downstairs! I didn’t catch his name but the employee that helped us was awesome, even giving us dining recommendations in the area.

Stayed for work during a snow storm. The room was clean and spacious. Everything at the continental breakfast tasted good, the warm cinnamon rolls are the best. All staff that I interacted with was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again if weather conditions necessitated it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The view and landscaping were well maintained and safe. Alan, at the front desk, was very gracious and helpful in extending our reservation. The breakfast area was clean and well staffed. Our suite was spacious and met all our needs. Hopefully we will return for an extended stay in the near future. "Thank you" to all who helped with our stay.

Staying here as we are contract workers. More of a luxury feel for a cheap price. There is some construction but it doesn’t go all day or start early. Breakfast is always very good. Pool is clean and not too overpowered with chlorine. Lots of areas to walk your dog, next to the mall and good food places.

Great location right next to the Kansas City Speedway. During our stay they were working on renovations but did not interfere with our stay! Staff is wonderful. We left clothes in the room and the staff helped us get them shipped home to us! This is a great area near the track, restaurants and a shopping outlet! We were in town for basketball but had a wonderful experience and will stay again if in the area.
