ANI-PALS PET RESORT REVIEWS

This was our first time using Ani-Pals and it was a great experience. Making reservations was easy, as was the drop off and pick up process. Our dogs stayed together in a good sized kennel with a door to go outside. We emailed for updates and got a quick response. We'll definitely be back.

Top-notch in every respect. The staff is professional, and the whole place is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

First time here! My dogs enjoyed it and will be back.

I am new to the area and needed a groomer for my 2 full grown Maltese dogs w full length hair. Both weigh no more than 3 pounds and they are full grown. Tried one groomer that was linked to Veterinarian next door. That was a horrible experience so I groomed them myself for a long time. I was driving past The Puppy Parlor and stopped to talk to them. I am sure glad I did!! They did a fabulous grooming on both of my spoiled dogs. I give them a 10 and will definately take my Maltese to them from now on. I highly recommend them.

I've been taking my Pomeranian here monthly to get trimmed up and they do such a fantastic job with her! Everyone is so friendly and the process is very streamlined and easy from check-in to check-out! Highly recommend taking your pet here.

Puppy Parlor did an amazing job grooming my scared abs anxious pup. They handled her with care even after being bit. I definitely recommend Puppy Parlor and plan to use them again (will invest in calming treats or meds before scheduling again). I’m so sorry for her behavior & send a HUGE thank you to your grooming team.

We brought Bennett, our cotonpoo, in for grooming. Since he is a rescue and still nervous around new people & environments, Empire recommended a face, feet, fanny (FFF) trim. They took such good care of our boy & he looked great. We will absolutely be back! I only wish I remembered the name of the woman who groomed him. She was so sweet & did a great job.

Empire is the best! We’ve been bringing our Australian labradoodle here since his first grooming appointment as a puppy and Christine has always done an amazing job with him! All of the staff is so nice. Highly recommend.

It was so hard to find a groomer that can do poodle. They did an AMAZING job with my poodle. By far the best grooming job we've ever had! Highly recommend it.
