I've absolutely loved living at Power & Light Apartments! The building is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the location couldn’t be better. But what really sets this place apart is the incredible management team. A special shoutout to Bettina Collins—she goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard, valued, and taken care of. Every interaction with her and the rest of the staff has been professional, prompt, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they take pride in creating a great living experience here. Highly recommend!

I moved into the Power and Light Apartments after seeing a tour of the building via Zoom during Covid in 2021. I have been here for 4 years and am only leaving due to relocating for work. I cannot say enough good things about this building; the accommodations are great, the apartments are quiet and the location is walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and workout studios. The maintenance team (Melissa & crew) as well as the community manager are second to none. The maintenance team is very prompt to respond and makes it a priority to fix anything and everything. Jayden, the community manager, was very quick to help with whatever I needed in regards to a smooth moving out experience. I would highly recommend living here!

Shoutout to Kristin for showing us our future home here at P&L Apartments! She went above and beyond to make sure we got the unit we wanted!! This place is the perfect combination of rich history and true luxury with the best views of Downtown Kansas City. 10/10 recommended.

I've lived at RM West for four years, and I think we have the best maintenance team in town. Carlos works so hard to solve any issue as quickly and thoroughly as possible, all with a kindhearted and positive attitude. He and his team recently fixed an unexpected issue with my AC very quickly and made sure my apartment was still cool while the repair was in progress. I am so grateful for this team.

The office staff is very pleasing and attentive when I need help. Move was smooth and this is the best staff I have ever encountered in apartment living. The best place to live in the river market. No doubts on signing here if looking.

This was my 2nd time leasing here. I was very sad to leave, but we recently bought a home. Everyone in the office was so attentive and nice! (Especially Megan) Anytime I had a maintenance issue they were prompt and knowledgeable, as well as fixing it immediately. The property& units were very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in the city. Also, they were really great at bringing residents together with fun events!
