Couldn’t be happier with the Star Window Solutions team for the work they did on our shattered window. Bianca got Vlad to our house quickly to look at the window and provide a bid. Vlad explained the complexities of the job (a Pella single pane window with an insert) but said they could replace the shattered glass without compromising the insert blind. This was great because we certainly weren’t interested in replacing windows to ensure a “match” with the window on the other side of our fireplace. Vlad gave us the name of other companies to call for comparison bids. We could find no other company interested in tackling the job. But Star? Vlad’s confidence and assurances that they could successfully do the job, coupled with Star’s great online reviews, sold us on moving forward with them. Vlad promised he’d be here to do the work and true to his word, he was. Vlad and Serhii did a great job repairing the glass while also ensuring that the mini blind insert successfully survived! Fingers crossed that we have no more broken windows in the future but if we do, Star Window Solutions will be our first, and only, phone call.

The gentlemen that came to replace the glass in my windows did a fantastic job. They were very professional and they cleaned up immaculately I would recommend Star windows solutions to anybody. Energy pro was very professional, and gave honest pricing on the insulated vinyl windows I purchased. The sales process was very easy with very simple pricing and the least Expensive compared to two national companies and one other local company. Luke and Dalton were amazing installing seven windows in half a day. Both were super nice and professional. The house was very clean when they left and they explained exactly how to operate the windows and all about the warranty information.
