Tony, this is long past due, but I want to thank you and your team of incredible professionals for taking my very damaged truck from our black ice ping pong incident and making a new truck out of it! The professionalism you showed throughout the entire process was impressive, to say the least. You kept me aware of the progress, and delays in obtaining parts, and you still finished the excellent job prior to what you had quoted. The extras you worked with me on, and the recommendations were also appreciated. You made an extremely frustrating accident turn out so well in the end! I highly recommend Hendrick Collision Center of KC for any collision repair you might need. They transformed a truck that was almost totaled into basically a brand new one, presented to me washed and detailed, having gone the extra mile to provide an excellent finished product! This is the only place I trust with my vehicles, and Tony, the GM, was a significant part of that. My hat is off to Tony and his team for a job well done, all across the board. Thank you.

I’ve been going to Tanner for about 10 years now, and I can honestly say his work never disappoints. Over the years, he’s done everything from full custom paint jobs — taking a car completely apart like it came from the factory, repainting every detail from the door jambs, under the hood, gas cap, and more — to repairing minor dings, scratches, and collision damage. He’s replaced bumpers and doors, fixed daily drivers, and worked on high-end luxury cars for me, my family, and friends I’ve referred to him. He’s even done custom touches like painting brake calipers to give my cars a unique, personalized look. No matter the job, big or small, Tanner always goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect and that we’re completely satisfied with the end result.

For over five years, Justin has been our go-to for a variety of projects, the most recent being a truly exceptional masterpiece. Justin and Lallo poured their creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and pursuit of perfection into this car. They installed a Liberty Walk wide body kit on our 2015 GTR, made custom adjustments to precisely match our vision, and finished it with a custom paint job! The attention to detail was outstanding. Everyone is AWESOME here. From the receptionist to the manager! I had to deal with collision care for the first time on a brand new car. Everyone reassured me and made me feel very comfortable! They lay everything out for you, easy to understand! Awesome people here! Highly recommend.

I had a super experience with Carstar North Kansas City. Eric Haferland and his staff gave me excellent customer service and care. My car was ready in no time and looks great! I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I do I’ll gladly use them again.

We have used them before and they do an amazing job and even talked to Enterprise to let them know when the car would be done. This is the go to place to take your car.
