ALPHAGRAPHICS KANSAS CITY REVIEWS

I cannot say enough about the team and service from Alpha Graphics! They have helped me on a few projects this past year and each experience has been nothing short of FANTASTIC! I am an event planner for a non-profit association with a small team who hosts multiple events and workshops throughout the year. In the past ordering signage for our events was an absolute nightmare, and I can honestly say was one of the most stressful parts of planning. We have used other well-known vendors like Square Signs and FedEx and ALWAYS had issues - Quality control, communication, and shipping delays.. Depending on the event we order anywhere from 2-100+ individual Foam Core signs in varying sizes, which can be prone to mistakes if order is not handled with great attention to detail. Every order from Alpha Graphics has been flawless. Their sales, production, and shipping team set the standard for excellence and I refuse to order from anywhere else at this point. Their quality, customer service, and production turnaround is unmatched! Highly Recommend if you want a hassle free top tier experience with high quality materials at a great price point.

Our chiropractic office, Back on Track Chiropractic + Acupuncture have used them since 2020 for stickers applied to branded items. Great interactions, quick proofing and products are shipped to us right away. We prefer doing business with a local company and the fact that their prices are competitive with other national competitors makes it an easy decision. Thank you AlphaGraphics for the great customer service and product!.

Working with AlphaGraphics was so easy, efficient and the end product is just what I needed. I'll definitely use them again.

PROPRINT DIGITAL REVIEWS

support of Military Adventures: Operation Alpha. What started as a simple print job turned into something truly powerful—they printed 8 times more than we asked for, just to help push this mission of the fight against child trafficking. When I thanked their executive team, they said, “If it means helping kids, then we will support the cause.” That moved me deeply. Every single person we interacted with—from leadership to the production team—was professional, joyful, and genuinely motivated to help. You don’t just see that everywhere. Their heart, speed, and quality made a real difference for us. We’re proud to have ProPrint Digital on our side, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier service with purpose. From the whole team at Military Adventures —thank you, ProPrint. You’re helping us train our youth to become protectors, shape leaders, and change lives. With gratitude, Captain Reginald Reese Military Adventures: Operation Alpha.

When the Platte County Convention & Visitors Bureau moved to our new location last fall, we contacted ProPrint to produce our new building signage as well as our brochure rack signs. They responded quickly and did a fabulous job! Special thanks go out to Sean Ahnefeld and Margo Baker for all their excellent customer service!.

ProPrint recently made 12 foam poster boards for us. We were late getting the order to them. They did an amazing job! We have worked with them for years. The customer service, pricing and quality of the work is always amazing!.

THE UPS STORE KANSAS CITY REVIEWS

This location, management, and staff are wonderful! I have a local small business and have had my shipping address and box here for over 7 years. I have never been disappointed in their service and I am always met with kindeness, helpfulness, and efficiency from the best people. I actually enjoy seeing them almost daily! The new owners are really good people. Bad reviews on here must be from people having a bad day. This store is fantastic!.

What a fantastic UPS store. I was needing a copy of a verification letter off my phone and not very up on the technology of getting it done. Super stressed I went into this UPS store and this lovely young lady named Hannah was so welcoming carrying herself with integrity and professionalism I can't say enough about that beautiful young lady. Thank you Hannah and thank you UPS.

This UPS store is my favorite to go to. The people are always so polite and great to work with. I came in right before they closed today and they were so gracious. UPS should know the have some great employees there. Give them a rise.
