SHERATON KANSAS CITY HOTEL AT CROWN CENTER REVIEWS

This hotel was fabulous! I stay at both Marriotts and Hilton's every weekend and this exceeded my expectations. I arrived at the hotel early and was able to attain my digital key through my app, immediately when I walked in the hotel an employee greeted me and showed me to the elevator, he even pressed my floor number, wow the service was already outstanding. I had a king room which was very spacious, beautiful view of the city. I ordered a burger and salad from room service during a busy time on Friday evening, they told me it would be 30 minutes and it was actually only 30 minutes. The staff that dropped off my burger was very friendly and the burger itself tasted amazing, plus the side salad was one of the best I've had! I was so impressed with the takeout food at this hotel. I was here for a conference as well as spoke at the conference and thought the staff in the meeting rooms were fantastic.

The best part about the hotel was the location. We were able to walk to WWI museum, Crown Center and Union Station/Science City. I would have loved for them to offer free breakfast, but it was nice that there is a restaurant inside. The main reason we picked this hotel was because they have a parking garage. It felt very secure and had no problems with it.

Best place to stay while in Kansas City. Has one of the best views of the city. In the heart of all activities within walking distance. Connects to The Crown Plaza and Union Station. Come every holiday season to visit the kiddos. Won’t stay anywhere else during the holidays. Born and raised in KC and this is definitely the best place for enjoying downtown KC.

CROWNE PLAZA KANSAS CITY DOWNTOWN, AN IHG HOTEL REVIEWS

What a great place. I know it’s in DT and it can be crazy getting in and out of hotels, but this hotel is very easy and convenient if you have to go out. But a lot is close by within walking distance. Check in was great! Front desk is lively and fun to interact with. Making you feel welcome. Rooms are very clean and spacious, some with nice views. Check out was also a breeze. Staff at the front desk were equally fun to interact with. Definitely will stay again when I come back in town.

The room was outstanding, clean and had a wonderful view. The location was within walking distance or a short Uber ride from many of the downtown KC attractions. And the service at this hotel was nothing short of incredible. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us the week we were in KC at the Crowne Plaza, and provided us numerous recommendations for dinner, drinks and a night out. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Downtown Kansas City.

This hotel was amazing! Was super impressed with the room and the view. The bed was comfy! The room was very clean and nice! Location was good. Not very crowded on the streets for a weekend. I'll definitely go back.

Beautiful property. Top notch service and very accommodating - they always make sure we have a great stay when we are in town. It feels like home. Love the newer TV's with streaming services. Beds are comfortable and the views are pleasant. Hotel amenities like the imdoor / outdoor pool, fitness center, restaurant and lobby are a unique experience. We love the location, access to the Link, Crowne Center and other all other KC downtown properties. Thank you Westin for helping us make good family memories.

We were in Kansas City for a convention and chose this hotel because it is connected to the train station. We parked the car and were able to use the free tram to get everywhere we needed to be downtown. There are multiple shops and restaurants connected to the hotel, and multiple parks and public green spaces right outside. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The pool and the gym looked really nice but we didn’t have time to use either. The picture below is the view from the rooftop! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we come to Kansas City.
