The overall experience of building with Homoly was a very positive process. All the staff we worked with were very professional and genuinely nice people. The detail cost sharing is very beneficial to keep tabs on your budget. There is full disclosure of where the money is being spent and to whom. The cost plus methodology is very transparent, but can create somewhat of a conflict of interest if you are attempting to manage a tight budget. The selection coordinator role is very beneficial and well worth the investment. Molly and staff are excellent. The key ingredient in the process is the role of the superintendent. Having this detailed, driven member constantly overseeing projects keeps everything on track and issues addressed quickly. I think the dedication to this process in the Homoly process is invaluable. It is also key to have a good working relationship with this member. Wallace is who we worked with through the process and I am sure the project would have been much less successful and less enjoyable without him. The team is very focused on the process and how to improve it along the way. Variations off the standard process will typically need escalation before proceeding. We wished we would have pushed to have senior management involved in the some details subsequent to the sales and cost phases. We love our new house and the quality of the product and service we received from Homoly. The ongoing follow-up and service from the team and superintendent are outstanding.

Andy leads the company with honesty and experienced skill while backing his work. Almost 4-years in from end of construction Homoly still repaired minor issues that came up. Rare to find this balance of integrity and talent - great to work with. Recommend.

We would build with them again. The foundation design and water proofing they do is the best in the business. The quality and the service were just what we were looking for. No cutting corners with these guys.

He truly cares about the quality of the houses that he builds and making sure that the new owners are getting the home of their dreams. Ty was great at communicating what was happening at the house throughout the building process and was so easy to work with. The very first time we met him, he told us that he wants every home he builds to be one he would be proud to have his family move into, and I after working with him, I know he truly means that.
