CENTRAL FLATS APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I moved here in September and I love it. Our management is the best, they are extremely welcoming, friendly and were so helpful with my moving in process. The maintenance team is also very professional and responds quickly to work orders, just recently I had an issue with my water heater and Dave replaced it for me right away, thanks to Jim too with maintenance they both responded to my request quickly. Both the management and maintenance staff are awesome!.

The young lady Maya if I'm pronouncing her name right she helped my mom. Rose Landers assisted her with doing the application she was told to come in on Saturday at 2:00 and the person that told her that was not there and she went on and assisted her and it was just really nice as well as taking care of other people coming in and out the office and it took us a while but she was really patient with us and we really do appreciate it and I hope I pronounce her name right because I don't have the name again but I think it was Maya or Mia some like that but thank you so much great experience.

I had a great experience with Martell! He provided us with the best customer service and took us in even though we didn't have an appointment. He is the definition of what customer service should look like. 10/10.

Bora’s commitment to resident satisfaction is truly commendable, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. I sincerely appreciate their outstanding support and exceptional customer service. We’ve been living here for two weeks now and are thoroughly enjoying it! The community is peaceful, family-friendly, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. We love the quick access to the Green River Trail, Kent Transit Center, and all essential stores and services. It’s been a great experience so far—highly recommend this place!.

I've been here 5 years and my experience here has been great. Kelly really is one of the best property managers. I know I can get on the staff's nerves when I call but there very helpful and accommodating.

The Groves team help a lot to ensure that my move is great, specially Clara and Crystal and Aalyce who provided a great service from touring the unit, signing up, actual move in date and post move in date. There were some immediate concerns in the unit but it was addressed in a reasonable turn around. time.Looking forward for a great stay here. By the way the maintenance people did well and friendly (David and Sebastian). Thank you for making this move a less stressful.

Maintenance staff were courteous and efficient. Repairs were addressed pending supervisor evaluation of water heater and gutter repair. Alyce from leasing office was very helpful as well. Overall, we are grateful for the staffs prompt and courteousness to our request. Kudos to the maintenance staff, supervisor and leasing staff!.

I lived there for 4 years. It's an excellent place to live, very quiet, clean, and the workers like Cintia are excellent. It's not there anymore, they moved to another building, but living there was the best. I'm not complaining. I recommend it 100,000 times. That's why I moved. It was very far from where I work now, but if in the future I were to have a job in that area, I would gladly move there. The best, highly recommended.
