BEST WESTERN PLUS PLAZA BY THE GREEN REVIEWS

The rooms were large and well kept, very beautiful. The breakfast was always fully stocked with a wide variety of food, both hot and cold, staff were extremely friendly and courteous, the person on the front desk even greeted me every afternoon when I came in and asked me how my day went which made me feel very special having been away from my family for the first time. My overall experience here was amazing, and to top it all off, they have cookies every evening for the guests.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Don't let the outside fool you. Yes, this is an older hotel, but the inside is nicely updated. Great room with a view of the golf course. I just wish there was an in room microwave.

We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. We were very delighted with the quality of the hotel and it was a great experience from check-in to check out. Everything is very well me Tang and functional. All of the staff are very gracious and attentive and they follow up with you to make sure that you have everything you need. Thank you very much for your courtesy and such a nice day . We will be back again.

COMFORT INN KENT-SEATTLE REVIEWS

This hotel is wonderful! I found it just by throwing a dart online and booked it on a whim. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, it’s quiet and seems pretty recently updated. The daily free breakfast is absolutely amazing! Everything you could want hot and fresh, with so many options! It’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed at hotels quite often. The pool and hot tub have been nice and mellow, quiet and relaxing. And the staff are very accommodating and kind also! There is a 7/11 right across the street for late night snacks and adult beverages (and even that is a nicer one). I will definitely stay here again whenever I need to stay in the area. Yes the area isn’t great, but it’s Kent so yeah.

This property is an easy 30 minutes to all the downtown attractions of Seattle. The staff was nothing but helpful and courteous from check in to check out. They were accommodating to all the ADA needs we had and they provided excellent service. The breakfast may need a little more updating like possibly bagels/cream cheese, bacon and sausage, biscuits/gravy, and some more kid friendly options of cereal but even with all they had we dodnt go hungry in the morning. The room was clean just may need a little more lighting for my personal preference as the daylight through the windows was beautiful! The pool and jacuzzi were awesome and the laundry was decently priced. I will definitely be back thr next time I want to visit Seattle.

Kent and this team are incredible. Great communication between the departments, prompt service and quality! The owner is very involved in a great way. I always stay here now. It's my home in Seattle.

Carolina has been an absolute GEM! I’ve had to extend my stay twice (through the Hilton app), and each time, Carolina has gone above and beyond to accommodate my time-sensitive room change with grace and efficiency. Her help has made the process less stressful in general. My entire stay has been nothing short of wonderful—comfortable, welcoming, and most importantly, SAFE. The team here clearly prioritizes guest safety, and it shows in every detail. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and care. Thank you, Carolina and team, for making this such a great experience.

Have stayed here at this Hampton Inn, many times and its so convenant. Excellent customer service, delcious breakfast, and clean. Highly recommend for those visiting from out of state, as city of kent is closely remote to all site seeing in Greater Seattle with no toursit rush and peace of mind.

Staff here are very nice and friendly! Clean room! Best breakfast.
