Out of all the Jiffy lubes, in Kent that I have been to I must say this one is the best of them all. All the other ones I never checked my battery. They never did my tire pressure. They were quick efficient professional. I will be coming back to this one instead of the other ones. Great job guys.

Workers were friendly, informative and quick. They took their time explaining what was being done making sure we understood. Also bonus points they were very friendly and sweet to our son who was a chatter box.

Amazing staff and very friendly. They helpers me understand what was going on with my car. I’ll definitely come back.

Wow!!! These guys are the BEST auto shop I’ve ever been to!!! Daniel was very helpful -explained in easy to understand details of the problem and repair & offered me several options!! They gave me a loaner car at NO EXTRA CHARGE & offered me a payment plan -same as cash if paid with in 90 days!!! I absolutely loved the professionalism and their integrity!!! Fair competitive pricing.

The service advisors were very helpful and thorough explaining the inspection. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable on my car repairs. And there was a lady who worked up front who was very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs car repairs. I will definitely be coming back.

First time going to Premier. Flew in from Vermont to visit my daughter and her car needed attention. Made an appointment online then I did a follow up call expressing my concerns with my daughters car. They were really down to earth and understanding. This is a place that I would advise any parent to trust their child to go to if they aren't around to help them. I truly appreciate the respect you gave me in understanding the need of having a reliable car for my daughter without taking advantage of the situation.

Travis and the team here worked on my Jeep back in August and I really appreciated his professionalism and going above and beyond with the customer experience. I also really appreciated that Travis made sure I knew that his doors were open if I had any follow up issues. Had my car serviced here twice and highly recommend them.

Premier is a great small shop. We have had a few cars worked on by them. They have always done a great job with our cars. They are very professional and treat all of their customers with great respect. The last service was just an oil change and tire rotation, completed in a short amount of time.
