I’m extremely pleased with Signature Windows. From start to finish the whole process has been wonderful. After the windows were shipped they were installed in less than a week (about 20 windows). The crew, Raymond and Walter (and Eric one of the days) was amazing. They were neat, courteous and left everything in perfect order upon leaving each day. They told me to call if I had any questions. It was a pleasure to work with Danny, Sebastian and Jeff. Danny was the main person I had contact with. He was very kind, professional, helpful and he guided me through each step making it a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them.

From the beginning to the end of this project, the Customer Care team was top-notch. They easily accommodated my difficult schedule, the requirements of the historical building I live in, and were super responsive to all my questions. The installation team was flawless. They worked around hurdles they uncovered mid install efficiently and treated my home with great care and respect. When they left, there was not one speck of debris and I had beautiful new windows. and I could not be happier with the end product.

Very easy company to work with! I called to talk about options and get advice for a piece of glass I wanted to cover a wood dining table. Rhonda was friendly and very knowledgeable about the options. After our conversation I felt very informed of my choices. She also brought up things I didn’t know about such as getting the edge cut a way that is comfortable for arms to rest against and providing anti slip dots to go under the glass. The glass was ready for delivery in under a week. Day of delivery our installer communicated really well and was respectful of our home. He put a lot of effort into ensuring the glass was clean and installed perfectly lined up on our table. I will definitely use Glass Doctor again in the future and would recommend them if you want a transparent, thoughtful and hassle free business to work with.
