I cannot say enough good things about living at Fountain Glen. The folks in the office (especially Connor and McKenzie) are just the sweetest and so helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to so promptly it’s almost startling how fast they get to you. All the maintenance folks I’ve interacted with have been so kind and respectful of my space as well. I highly recommend living here!.

Cindy was amazing to work with! I was initially going to rent somewhere else but because of issues at the other complex, Cindy was able to transfer my application over to Fountain Glen. She took care of everything, I didn't have to do anything more. I am pretty excited to be moving in in June.

We have lived here for 10 years. We have had nothing short of a fantastic experience with the office staff and the maintenance team. We have always been taken care of well and they treat you like family here. They are also always upgrading and improving the community amenities.

NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS APARTMENTS REVIEWS

There's honestly so much I love about this property! The layouts are the perfect size-very spacious and clean- the price is just right, the location is great and what's even better is the staff and management team. They are all so kind, friendly and welcoming! I grew up in the city and I was so nervous about starting a new life here, but it wasn't long before I felt right at home and I have Northridge Heights to thank for that!.

We picked up our keys and welcomed by Kyana. She made me more excited by explaining all the information we needed to know and handed us a folder with pages to look back on and numbers to call if we needed help or had questions. I wish moving could always be this painless and happy!.

Move in process went great. Super friendly staff and amazing club house/gym looking forward to my future living here.

HIGHLAND VIEW APARTMENTS REVIEWS

We have only lived at Highland View for 6 months but we enjoy where we live. The grounds are well maintained and really pretty. We moved from another CIP property to our current home and are very pleased with our experience living here. The location is exactly what we wanted. The office and maintenance staff are all great. The events the staff holds for residents are fun. Great experience so far!.

Never once been told no. Any problem I've ever experienced was taken care of within 3 business days. I'm talking microwaves, water heater, shower pressure and literally counter tops. Anything you need they are more than willing to take care of and fix. CIP Properties all day!!.

Management staff has so far been helpful regarding questions or concerns me and my partner have had. We had to file a few maintenance requests right after moving in, which was super easy to do on the website for all tenants. Maintenance staff has been super friendly and efficient through all requests. The buildings are very well maintained, neighbors are friendly, and the pool is a great amenity my partner and I have used numerous times already.
