Friendly, customer service! Explained their process!! Got to our truck fast even tho, they were very busy, snow and ice for days below zero temps! Got the truck pickup from our service station and took it to where warranty work could be done!! Sent me text messages along the route! Great Experience.

Had wonderful experience with them. Highly recommend to people who need quick, professional assistance in any situation. Prices are good, response time is quick and they deliver as committed. Michael (driver) was very helpful, professional and respectful. Kudos to him.

Driver was very respectful and professional. Dispatch answer my husband's call promptly even with influx of calls and were patient and polite. Would have them tow my 18' outlander sport again if needed.

tj was the driver who came and picked up my car he was the nicest person I’ve ever met he was super professional and explained the process as I’ve never got my car towed before and he took a weight off of my shoulder getting my car towed would 100% recommend wiestar for towing.

My Jeep decided to test the skills of my 15-year-old self, by blowing a ball joint! Yay! I was able to keep the car on the road until a driveway, and pulled in there. Keep in mind, this was at S 84th st. and Pioneers, in Lincoln, Ne, a very busy intersection. I called Wiestar Towing at the recommendation of my uncle and grandpa, both of which are local mechanics, and own/used to own their own shops. I'm sure glad they did! Took some work to get the wheel off and onto a block, but we were able to get it on the flatbed, and out to my uncle's shop. When it got dropped off, they took cash OR card. Thanks for all your help.

Arrived fairly quickly and the guy was pretty cool.

Our granddaughter asked us if she could use our 1972 Blazer as her getaway car for her wedding. We live in Lincoln, Nebraska, and the wedding was held in Des Moines, Iowa. We considered several options on how to get the vehicle from Lincoln to Des Moines. We finally decided to use a professional towing company and selected Big Red Towing. We feel we made a wise decision as Matt (the owner) handled our Blazer with tender care. He even came over the night before and helped us prep the Blazer for safe travel. Transporting the vehicle turned out to be a great experience! He even stopped a couple of times along the way to make sure everything was secure. The Blazer was a big hit at the wedding and we thank Matt and Big Red Towing for safely transporting the vehicle for us. We highly recommend Big Red Towing. If we ever need a towing service again Matt would be at the top of our list! Mike and Linda.

Highly recommend! Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Matt helped our college son out in the bitter cold and slippery winter weather with top notch customer service that is hard to find in this day and age. Prompt service and extremely reasonably priced! Such a positive experience overall! A+++.

Matt was an absolute life saver! my girlfriends car had broken down and thanfully we called the right people! thank you Matt for excellent service.
