I scheduled an estimate for a scratch on my car. I couldn't tell if the scratch went below the paint or not. The technician buffed it out and didn't charge me. He assured me that there was still a layer of paint below the scratch. I was pleased that what I thought was going to be a very expensive repair was taken care of quickly and with high quality. I will definitely be going back when I need any major work done.

I’m highly impressed with Glenn’s CARSTAR. It’s never a fun time when your vehicle is damaged, but Glenn’s always kept me updated on my truck and well informed. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a top tier body shop! 5 stars for sure.

Glen'sCARSTAR did an excellent job repairing our Murano. They were courteous and friendly. Repairs were even completed sooner than estimated. Overall we were very satisfied.

I always receive a friendly greeting at Tracey’s. I don’t have to wait long to speak to Bob, who I have always dealt with. He describes what parts will be needed in an understandable manner. Bob calls with updates and keeps me informed. I really appreciate him and his kindness. When picking up my vehicle, Bob shows me what has been done and explains what not to do if any painting was done. I will definitely go back to Tracey’s if needed in the future.

My experience from the first phone call to set an appointment to picking up my completed car was professional and friendly. Each step of the way was explained so there were no surprises. The completed repair was excellent. I was very pleased with the repair. I cannot imagine that it was crumpled and torn looking at it today. No defects or missed places. Thank you to all the people at Tracy's.

Wayne’s Body Shop did a wonderful job repairing the front bumper that was swiped. It’s like it never happened! Ryan was easy to work with and kept close contact with me throughout the process. He also made sure I had a rental vehicle to keep me on track with work and family. Thank you, Wayne’s.

Ryan amazing. Our ford escape neigthe neighbor scratched with mirror. Ryan put some paint thinner on it and it came off with no damage to clear coat. Also he touched up a couple spots on car and gave me small bottle of touch up paint. They are the best thank you.

Ryan and the crew were great even tho they had to wait on parts he always kept me updated .My truck looks likes new again.
