Kenny, my sales associate, was extremely thorough in presenting the many options available in sofas and recliners/chairs. He also showed an amazing amount of patience while I hemmed and hawed and went back and forth between this and that...or that...or, maybe that one.... I received very good customer service from Jeff Straub in Lincoln NE. He was patient as I tried to decide on the right color & style for two couches. He offered some options which helped to make the final decision. We've always been pleased with all of our purchases & the employees at Slumberland.

We went to Furniture Row after going to a few different stores to find a couch without much luck. We were greeted by Kevin when we arrived and were shown a few options. He quickly found us a couch that checked every box, and that was discounted nicely. Kevin was patient, answered all of our many questions, and he gave us plenty of time to decide. We really appreciated his kindness and professional manner.

Waladi greeted us upon entry and asked us some quick questions on what we were looking for and provided a couple suggestions and let us browse. He followed up with us shortly after and quickly got us taken care of. He was super professional, helpful and made purchasing our new dining room table super easy! We found a great couch with storage and were able to apply for financing. Can’t beat no interest! We also added the furniture row 5 year warranty and if something goes wrong with our couch or there’s a stain we can’t get out… they replace the whole couch! Kevin Buchan helped us both times we stopped in and he was super nice, informative and helpful!
