We had a great experience working with Terrance while shopping for our Lincoln Aviator. We started our search online after hours not realizing that the vehicle that we liked was in Lincoln. (We live 3 hours from Lincoln) Ryan contacted us first thing the following day. He even made plans to meet us half way so that we could test drive our desired vehicle.
