Sales person was very knowledgeable and polite. I was at another jewelry store, looking to buy a watch and they didn’t have the time of day to help me granted it was two employees and one customer in their store. She must’ve thought cleaning the cabinets was more important than helping a client. I’m grateful for your employees and I will return and see them again.

Made great purchases. Were really great priced. The service Matthew Zuroske made us feel welcomed and appreciated, he didn’t try to oversell and gave us great recommendations for the jewelry we were after! Truly made us feel awesome every step of the process! They also did a fantastic job cleaning our currently owned jewelry!!

Mathew has been so helpful to my wife and I multiple times! Helped us with our wedding rings, and a few necklaces, and also a few repairs on older pieces. Mathew took the time to find what looked best and we found exactly what we were looking for. Also their goldsmiths are top notch and have a quick turn around. Highly recommend spending your money here !

I had such a fabulous experience designing my engagement ring with Marty. I got the stone from Tanzania while on a trip right after getting engaged. I had been told by other jewelers they would not work with Tanzanite and that I would have to order a stone from them and pushed me into getting a diamond. I did not want a diamond for my center stone! When finding Akala I discovered their craftsmanship was well known working with different stones. I couldn’t be happier with the beauty of my ring. He was able to give me a few different designs for me to land on that was exactly what I wanted. I am so excited to have such a beautiful piece.

I would give 100 stars if I could. Working with Akala to design my engagement ring was an absolute dream! From sourcing a rare stone shape most jewelers hadn't even heard of, to accommodating all my specific requests and changes, Marty went above and beyond every step of the way. When I finally saw the ring, I was overwhelmed—it’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen, and I nearly cried at first glance. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to creating my vision were all outstanding. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more perfect ring.

The staff at Akala is friendly and helpful. They have beautiful jewelry in a store that also offers custom made options and personal attention with that home town feel.

We had a wonderful shopping experience with Anna.. she listened carefully to understand what we were looking for.. using that understanding she used her expertise in jewelry to guide us to the proper choice for our purpose.. after we purchased, she kept us well informed as the piece was being put together right up to the point it was ready.. highly recommend.

Best place to find gifts for the special people in my life. Easy to get appraisal and repairs done here as well. Jason recently helped us find multiple perfect unique pieces for a special event. Great customer service as usual.
