I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The Dominion! From the moment I moved in, the atmosphere has felt like home. The sense of community here is incredible; everyone is welcoming and friendly, making it easy to feel comfortable and settled. A special shoutout to Linzie, Hannah, and Joe—their dedication and hard work made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure I got settled in quickly and comfortably, and their kindness truly made a difference. The amenities are fantastic, adding to the overall living experience. Whether it’s the beautifully maintained grounds or the thoughtful community events, there’s always something that makes living here enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place where you truly feel at home, I highly recommend The Dominion. It’s a rare gem that combines comfort, community, and quality living.

Absolutely enjoy this place! The staff there are sooooooo genuine, fun, caring, helpful, and flat out amazing!!! What more can I say! They take great care of their residents and unlike most complexes, they stay on top of their maintenance request. Best staff Ive ever seen by far!.

Joe and Hanna were incredibly helpful getting everything entered and approved quickly. They are great at communicating and respond to any issues you might have as quickly as they can. I've only been here a few weeks but the gentleman who maintain the property do a great job. They are always kind and accommodating. I've only been here a few weeks but so far so good.

Renaissance at North Park has truly been my home away from home during my time at Texas Tech. As I prepare to leave Lubbock, it's such a bittersweet moment. I’m beyond thankful for this apartment community—everyone has always been so warm and welcoming, and that made all the difference during my college years. Huge shout out to the maintenance team—they always came through quickly and efficiently! One of the biggest perks of apartment living is not having to fix-it yourself, and they made sure everything was taken care of. This place will definitely be missed. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Lubbock, I highly recommend Renaissance at North Park!.

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and it has been a great experience. The place is well-maintained and secure—being gated was something I was looking for in a complex. This community feels safe, comfortable, and well-managed. Both the front office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. The amenities are great. The pool is well-kept and spacious. The gym is clean and has everything I need for a good workout, and it's just a short walk away from my apartment. Another huge plus is the park right across the street.

This is by far the best apartment stay I have ever had. The pool is lovely and so are the people. I have met some amazing people here and a main reason for that is the warm atmosphere the people in the office provide.

ve really enjoyed living at The Cottages at Abby Glen. The community is quiet, well maintained, and the staff genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, the team has been friendly, responsive, and professional. One of the biggest reasons I appreciate living here is how welcoming everyone is, including to my service dog, Lil Potato. She absolutely loves the people in the office and gets excited every time we stop by. It's nice to live in a community where both residents and their pets are treated like family.

Professional staff. Lauryn was extremely efficient and helpful with the entire process. All of staff who answered questions, showed the property and assisted with process were super.

Maintenance came in a timely manner and was very professional and friendly.
