Absolutely enjoy this place! The staff there are sooooooo genuine, fun, caring, helpful, and flat out amazing!!! What more can I say! They take great care of their residents and unlike most complexes, they stay on top of their maintenance request. Best staff Ive ever seen by far!

Joe and Hanna were incredibly helpful getting everything entered and approved quickly. They are great at communicating and respond to any issues you might have as quickly as they can. I've only been here a few weeks but the gentleman who maintain the property do a great job. They are always kind and accommodating. I've only been here a few weeks but so far so good.

Such a wonderful place to live . The office folks and the maintenance people are amazing . Misty and ed are very helpful and there is one more lady that works there with Misty who is amazing as well I have put in many request to fix few items in the house and they were on it They are prime examples of what leaders should be. If you looking for a place to stay with amazing landlords and a wonderful staff , you must go here.

My boyfriend and I have lived at this complex for over three years, and we have no complaints! It is very pet friendly and allows large dogs. Both the maintenance and office employees are so friendly and always offer treats to my pups. Lots of sidewalks and grassy spots for dog walking. Our maintenance requests have always been resolved very quickly. I love that there are plenty of parking spaces for both residents and their guests. Overall, we have had a great experience here!

This is such an amazing apartment complex. The grounds are always kept up and look nice. Which is really nice since me and my dog walk around. The pool area is one of the best that I have seen in Lubbock. And the management is so amazing, not like any others in town! Just all around a very nice place to live!
