I will start about the facility a very nice show room. But the employees and the trucks and cars are amazing. I was first approached by the sale manager Mat and he introduced to me my sales person David Pino which were incredible to work with.David showed me the service department and asked if I needed water are a donut. And soon the process began for me buying new frontier truck. The after of care for getting the Nissan app was great also. The whole experience was very nice. I don't really like the experience of buying a new vehicle because of passed experiences but MCGAVOCK NISSAN IN LUBBOCK TEXAS HAS CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT BUYING A NEW TRUCK!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I just left with my new ride and I wanted to get on here as fast as I could, to say that these people are GOOD, HONEST, STRAIGHT FORWARD and NO BS. Jeff Mayo was the guy who helped me and he laid everything out for me, no BS no beating around the bush. I was there for about 2 hours. That's it! I also got all sorts of freebies like oil change for a year, car wash for a year, free tire replacement for a year, and several other things I can't remember right this second. Oh yeah, he also was able to give me over double the amount of my trade in. CarMax offered me 1000 trade-in and he gave me 2500 trade in for my 08 mustang.
