Lorenzo was great very knowledgeable and transparent about everything he was very patient had our three year-old son with us that was not interested in mattress shopping and kept interrupting, but the whole time Lorenzo was patient with us my wife and I are completely different when it comes to a mattress and he showed us just about every mattress in that place to find one that met both of our needs and our price range. There were multiple customers in the store and. he was able to take care of all of the customers while still giving us the attention that we needed and not making the other customers feel neglected. Also a shout out to the area manager went out and loaded a customer while we were finishing our purchase with Lorenzo, not a lot of managers out there anymore that are still willing to help customers. Great job will most definitely be coming back hopefully not for a while but next time we are in the market.
