OVERTON HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER REVIEWS

We came for wedding with a lot if family members and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and the views from the 9. floor. The staff was very friendly and polite, and extremely helpful procuring what we needed for us. The bar staff was very professional and went out of their way to provide us with what we wanted until they closed (which was way later than the official business hours) Thank you all for your efforts on our behalf.

I want to take a shout out to Robert the front desk representative. What a first class gentleman thank you for your excellent customer service. Look forward to come back and visit.. also, I like to shout out to Joe the chef wow what an omelette what a awesome breakfast thank you for starting my day off right I love your text hospitality thank you guys. You all need to come down and enjoy this place. I’ll highly recommend it. You’re gonna see some true , Texas hospitality.

HAWTHORN SUITES BY WYNDHAM LUBBOCK REVIEWS

We've stayed here before and we love the pool and bar area. I dont remember before hearing so much hwy noise and the ducks in the morning WOW haha. Never had issues with hanging out enjoying a drink while the kids swim. This go around the evening manager basically kicked us out as there is a no food or glass allowed. Well drinks from bar are poured in non glass cups. Needless to say HUGE inconvenience to try and "supervise" your kids from outside the pool area. Another couple their daughter kept walking out to eat her cheese and crackers while leaving a wet trail behind. But whatever. Gabriel was exceptionally great looking over the breakfast area nothing ever went low kept everything well stocked. Great job.

I love this place. Pet friendly, and the staff is great. I had a problem with my television, and I called down to the front desk, and within 15 minutes Brian was here and he helped me get it all set up and visited with me for just a minute, he was also the one that checked me in and was so friendly and helpful for this entire stay.

Close to Lubbock airport, staff has the utmost professionalism and guest friendly environment. Cassandra was a true delight at the front desk and the bar had a great selection of beer and liquor. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful property! Clean well maintained spacious! The staff was excellent, friendly and so very helpful. Our family met here for a mini reunion for my husband and his two brothers. They had not all been together in over 20 years. We couldn't have asked for a better place to meet and spend time together. We would whole heartly recommend this hotel to anyone for a restful, clean and purely delightful stay.

We had such a Lovely, restful visit in this charming Embassy Suites. Golly it is soooo Big inside with such Lush and healthy green plants and beautiful sounding fountains. We felt healthier as we checked out this morning! Rooms were clean and quiet, happy hour was delicious and the pool was perfect! Thank you.

Fantastic breakfast! Wonderful staff. Angela helped us find our granddaughter's retainer in the trash. Angela is a rock star!! Love this place.
