Maintenance did amazing job to respond to emergency call over the weekend for my washer , I was concerned if washer will leak and cost trouble for my downstairs neighbor due to accumulating so much water inside.He told us he will order parts today on 1/24/25 and he will replace on Monday 1/27/25. I’m certainly sure maintenance will fix that issue on Monday .DLH company is great, and they truly care about the residents .Definitely kudos for maintenance on call this weekend.

Mr. Trevonn and Ms. Janay provided exceptional service during my lease process. Their assistance in understanding the charges and their welcoming demeanor were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Mr. Trevonn as a leasing consultant; he truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Ms. Janay's transparency throughout the process was invaluable in my decision-making. I eagerly anticipate moving in.

Had a wonderful experience touring this complex! The model unit they showed was fantastic, with the best layout I’ve seen in the area. The pool room was so relaxing, and the amenities were top-notch. Despite visiting on a busy day, Rivka, Jay, and Ally provided the best service and made everything seamless. They truly deserve a raise for the outstanding job they do. My honest opinion..Move in today!!!! Highly recommend!.

I’ve stayed here for a year and a half and I must say, it was the best living experience I could have asked for. The apartments are a nice size and includes washer/drier in units. It has really nice appliances and its a peaceful/quiet community. The leasing office staff was always prompt and available to handle any concerns. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to any repairs. If you are looking for an apartment complex that is reasonably priced, safe and nice, please stop by Legends at Taylor Lakes. You will not regret it!!!!.

This is a great place. The apartments are nice, quiet, and very clean. Every week the landscaping is being maintained. The office mananger, Kim is very nice and she handles any concerns you have very promptly and makes it a priority. It great to know that it’s still genuine people in the world that care.

One of the most beautiful and peaceful places to live. The snow was so beautiful on the property this year.

This place is awesome!!! The apartments are clean, safe and nice. The front office is very professional and they take excellent care of our needs as residents. Melissa is an outstanding manager and very professional. And everyone is so nice. The maintenance crew is superb !! Eric , the maintenance manager , is awesome. All of the maintenance crew is hardworking . They know how to get everything fixed . All of the staff there go above and beyond . We have our own community that is safe and friendly . And it’s always kept up. Best apartments to live in. Highly recommend here at Barrington!.

I am moving to the Montgomery area in August due to a job transfer. I came by today and met Chloe. She was so sweet and helpful. She showed me a 2 bedroom 2 bath which had so much space and a beautiful lake view. The property is even more beautiful. Everyone in the office was so friendly and kind, I absolutely enjoyed my tour.

I wanted to give a SHOUT-OUT to the property Manager, Melissa Murray. My daughter went looking for her first apartment and went to Barrington at Sommerset as one of her top choices. She met with Melissa. All I heard about after her visit with Melissa was how well Melissa treated her and Melissa made her feel welcomed. Unfortunately, they did not have what my daughter needed when she needed it available. However, I wanted to say thank you to Melissa for helping her and treating her so kindly.
