Ced was quick and helpful. I rode with him to the tire shop and he had great customer service with great conversation.

Ced, my Tow Guy, was sensational and friendly in my time of need on theside of the road. The towing service he provided was exceptional. I appreciated his speedy recovery of my vehicle. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was about my 4-wheel drive suv. After pickup, the ride to the mechanic shop was safe, comfortable, and fast with Ced. I didnt really know what to expect on a Sunday morning but Ced did awesome! I was lucky to get an individual that had empathy for his customers. In my opinion, it is hard to find individuals in his field that have amazing interpersonal skills AND provide excellent customer service. I was extremely lucky this morning. My only complaint was the hot weather, but Ced did a great job keeping me cool in his truck. If your ever in need of a tow guy who is patient, kind, and knowledgeable about vehicles....I would definitely say to ask for Ced. He is for sure the way to go! Thank you, Ced.

Vehicle broke down late at night when most places are probably closed. Powell Wrecker Service was available, very helpful, and arrived within 30min. Thank you.

Powell Wrecker Service did an outstanding job picking up my vehicle and towing it to the repair shop. A local ,family run company with nice equipment, friendly drivers, prompt service and great communication. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of a road side service.

GREAT experience with this company. I accidentally locked my keys in the car - long story short it ended up needing to be taken to the dealership. The tow driver arrived in the Costco parking lot on 2/6/26 and was quick to work, stayed longer to help us try and open my trunk, and did an amazing job moving the car out of the parking spot. He dealt with other people with patience and professionalism, and a lot of them were being very rude to him. To the point I was about ready to say something to them for being so disrespectful!! He was kind, and there was zero damage to my car. Quick, easy, respectful service. I wish I caught his name so he can get some recognition.

Thanks Jacob’s Towing! Austin was awesome. Prompt, courteous, professional and engaging. I waited for 2 and a half hours for a company my insurance arranged, only to be told it would take another hour before my pickup. I searched and found Jacob’s Towing and the driver (Austin) was there in 15 minutes! He took time to allow my granddaughter and her friends to experience a tow job and they were simply amazed. Made my day to see their faces light up to experience the finished results of a job done well! Thanks Jacob’s Towing.

Had a great experience with Jacob’s. One of my drivers from Atlanta broke down in Shorter Alabama and they got to him in a timely manner, hooked up and hauled him back to Atlanta for a reasonable price. Customer service was great. I’ll use them anytime we have issues near Shorter or Mongomery.

Both experiences we have had with Jacob's towing have been great! The guys are fast, friendly, and competent. Two thumbs up.
