Absolutely the quickest response we have ever received. AAA placed the call to Ideal and literally within 3 minutes Chris was at our home at 5:30 a.m.! Needless to day we were overjoyed and so very grateful for the quality customer service we received and the swift action of Chris! Can't thank him enough!

They were great! We set up the tow through our insurance and they communicated with us when the driver would be there. The driver, Mike, texted us to verify our location and called to let us know he was headed to us. He had the car loaded and on the way to the shop in under 15 minutes and arrived under the ETA. Mike and Ideal were great after a terrible experience with another company. I cannot recommend them enough!

I appreciate the quick response in getting my car towed. Blake served me with kindness and courtesy every step of the way, from the time his arrival and to the repair shop. He made sure the mechanic understood what I could not explain in reference to the problem I had with my car locked gear shift. Professionalism at its best. Thank again

I used Powell Wrecker Service through my Auto Insurance on June 16, 2025 and was very satisfied with the Service. Daryl was the Driver and he was very Professional, Conscientious and Meticulous in how he Loaded/Unloaded my High Performance Car which I really Appreciated. He arrived On-Time and had me where the Car needed to be when I told them to expect it as well. I am very familiar with this Company having grown up in Prattville, AL and Highly Recommend Powell Wrecker Service.

We had a blowout on I-65 heading to Birmingham and I called Powell's. They had a wrecker to us in a short time. The driver (Preston) was very helpful. I asked him to take me to the nearest shop so I could get the tire replaced. He had me at a tire shop within 10 to 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Powell's if you ever have any car issues.

The people with Powell Wrecker Service were very professional and helpful during a trying time after a vehicle accident. Answered any questions I had and gave me directions on what to expect from the insurance company. Very helpful.

Had to get me car towed today. The drivers name was John what an excellent job he did. He took his time loading my car..He asked questions. He didn’t drive fast. I asked him if he would be able to put the car on the back. His answer was….Sure as long as there is an empty parking space. Before he came into the parking lot he got out of his truck to walk around to see where he will be parking the car…very satisfied. Keep up the good work John.

Had a great experience with Jacob’s. One of my drivers from Atlanta broke down in Shorter Alabama and they got to him in a timely manner, hooked up and hauled him back to Atlanta for a reasonable price. Customer service was great. I’ll use them anytime we have issues near Shorter or Mongomery!

They were there super fast at 6 am. Took me all the way from the Ann St exit in Montgomery to my apartment in Prattville for a very low flat fee! So friendly and professional and very quick!
