3 Best Hotels in Montgomery, AL

We were here last fall during their recent renovation and were not overly impressed. It is a whole new ball game now. They have blown it out of the park. We really had not intended to stop here this trip, but the timing worked out that it was near when we decided to stop for the evening yesterday. This Drury is now at the top of our list for a stop over when we are in the area. The lobby is first class, the staff is wonderful, and our room was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

What a fantastic hotel!! They do a FREE kickback dinner meal with a few alcoholic drinks for their guests, and also a delicious full hot breakfast that had all that we could have wanted! The room was super clean with a nice comfy bed. They really do treat you like family! This is my new favorite hotel! I will definitely be back.

So our company has been coming here for going on almost a year now, every other week and pretty much know much of the staff by name. These guys are top notch customer service wise, super friendly and personable. The hotel is clean and they are constantly upgrading. The fact that they stay busy all the time speaks for itself, so make sure to plan to book your rooms far ahead.

This review is for the Banquet Manager and her staff. Ms. Wanda was extremely helpful and accommodating. No matter how many things we requested, she was on point and did it with a smile and a kind demeanor. She also made sure I met the young man that was assigned to us for the evening, Rodney. He was professional and timely in all our request. When I thought the food we ordered was incorrect, he pleasantly and happily investigated my concern without one cross look or attitude. He professionally presented me with the contract, so I could see that the item was there. He was simply a super star!!! Thank you Ms. Wanda for having a staff like none other, you were simply AMAZING.

I have been there for a conference for 5 nights. I felt very comfortable, staff were friendly everywhere on site. I especially appreciated the heartfelt support and very hands on help from the concierge while waiting two days - in vain- for my delayed luggage to arrive from Montgomery Airport. She handled my frustration ( of not having any clothes etc.) with great understanding and constructive suggestions and problem- solving. Fitness room was also reasonable.

Breakfast was decent. Our room was clean and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was odd- we paid when we pulled up as the signs stated & then learned inside it was like $10 cheaper if we paid inside and parked around the corner. Lots to do by walking restaurants/shopping/riverfront. Would stay here again.
