Happy Customer!!! Lance was professional and courteous from the get go. He provided information on all the different mattresses available and gave me all the time needed to test which one the right fit was. He adjusted the delivery time according to my schedule and I haven’t slept this well in a long time.

From the moment I reached out to Lance about the bed I got top notch customer service. He had multiple mattresses set up so I could test the soft/firmess of each mattress and the same mattress several times. He was patient and answered all my questions. I bought the adjustable base and mattress and ended up buying the adjustable base and mattresses for my son and daughter in law. Give Lance a try, he’ll take good care of you! Shop local.

Greg Lott is the store manager and sales associate who assisted us with our mattress purchase. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The store was very clean and organized. The prices were the best we could find and the transaction was quick and easy. We purchased on a Saturday and it was delivered the following Monday. Delivery and removal of the old mattress was timely and done very professionally. *Beautyrest Harmony Lux Diamond.

Mr. Mattress has great customer service and a good selection of products for your consideration. The manager Greg L. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store and had a variety of products to suit your preferences. Very accommodating and will work with you if at all possible! I highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to return for my future purchases.

We were very pleased with Mr. Mattress in quality of selection, prices of the inventory, speed of delivery, and of course customer service. Greg was friendly and very helpful. We purchased a queen mattress for our daughter and plan to purchase a new mattress for ourselves. We highly recommend.
