We love our neighborhood, spruce apartments offers beautiful redwood trees so it feels like you live in a park and modern amenities in the apartments. Heather is one of the staff members who coordinated an amazing poolside movie night with food trucks - truly a great place to live.

I had a great experience living at Spruce Apartments. The management team was always professional, responsive, and supportive. The community was clean, well-maintained, quiet, and conveniently located — just a short walk to an elementary public school, shops, and grocery stores. I was fortunate to have friendly and respectful neighbors, which made it feel even more like home. I’m grateful I personally never experienced a car break-in, and I appreciate that after a few incidents early on, management increased security personnel to monitor the area 24/7, which significantly reduced issues. The community is good and the whole place is surrounded by trees it feels like a peaceful retreat from the city. The apartment is well-maintained and comfortable also its very quiet located close to 101 which provides easy access for all places.
