Beautiful arrangements at a fair price, AND amazing customer service. The best floral service I've used, and I use them frequently. They sent a group text at delivery (since they had to leave it at the door) with a photo to both me and the person I sent them to, and to flag should they drop at another location. I've never received that level of customer service from start to delivery. Highly recommend

I ordered flowers to be sent to my best friend celebrating her baby's 100th day. Sophia was amazing. Her talent and service is beyond words. She went out of her way to help me put a korean message on ribbons and matched the flowers to my friend's colour scheme. She also agreed to personally deliver the flowers on Sunday when they are not opened. You cannot find someone as detailed, caring, professional and talented as Sophia. She is the best!

I ordered flowers for the marriage proposal, and they gave me good counseling and made it really beautiful. Also, the service of putting little water bottles underneath each flower was really great for keeping the flowers fresher. I strongly recommend this place to everyone!!

Fantastic work and service!! Wonderful family-owned flower shop that consistently delivers the best for any occasion. Most recently Grace made a beautiful flower head piece for our niece and another for our daughters' wedding shower, both on very short notice!! This is a hidden gem in the Bay, try them and you will not be disappointed. Thanks for all your great work and kindness Grace!.

So grateful for Grace’s help this morning! Previous reviews stand true and she did not try to upswell me and worked with me on my budget I provided. I needed a last minute bouquet for my sister and her help truly made this day special. I will be recommending her and keeping her as my go-to florist. Absolutely stunning, excellent quality arrangement. I ordered this bouquet several weeks in advance to be delivered on a specific date, and it delivered on time with no issues at all. The bouquet itself was just as gorgeous as pictured on the website when it bought it. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I was looking for a florist place in Sunnyvale and the Rose Cart Florist came up in my search. I went there and spoked to Ali. I explained to him that I needed a birthday flower arrangement for a coworker of my. He was helpful and the price was very decent. The flower arrangement was beautiful too. I would recommend this place. You won't regret it.

This flower shop was a great find! They have good and fair prices but the best part of my experience was going back a second time for flower food. They gave me some great advice and a few extra flowers to add to the bouquet I originally purchased from them! Highly recommended 10/10!

First time order from Uber Eats, beautiful bouquet and owner is very friendly and nice! He checked with me for the occasion details and update me the delivery status, make sure everything is good! As see from the pictures, gorgeous flowers! Support the local florist shop!
