I have been going to De Anza Auto Repair for my regular servicing and other repair needs, and have had a great experience with them! I don't get overcharged here, and they don't sneakily add on services that you don't need like many other places do, claiming it is required for the given mileage. April, who is usually at the front desk, is very knowledgeable and clear about everything, and keeps me posted about the status if my car is in their shop. Friendly, thorough, and organized technicians! I had brought my recently obtained hand me down car in for an oil change because there was a light on indicating a problem with the oil. I don’t know much about car maintenance, and my car is not brand new so I had no idea what else it may need. I’ve been cautious of mechanics taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge in the past, but I did not feel any pressure at Stress-Free Auto Care. They performed a full diagnostic work up on my car for FREE to let me know exactly which areas my car was ok on and what areas could use work, and presented me with an organized, easy to understand, and very reasonable estimate for getting each of the issues updated, with no pressure of doing it today. I feel so relieved knowing I got my oil changed and I know what else my car needs, and how much it would cost to get those things worked on. Thank you to Raul and his technician team! Excellent service! I had 4 old tires and one picked up a screw. I came in for a patch until I could order and replace the tires. Stress-Free Auto Care was able to order and install them the same day AND provide me with a loaner vehicle! You will find it hard to beat this level of customer service.
