My husband and I needed to replace some very old and worn swivel dining chairs, saw an ad in the newspaper, and called Heather at California Dining and Barstools. She was knowledgeable, listened carefully to our preferences, and said they had six options that we might like on the floor. She recommended that we come and try them out (even though the drive to Sunnyvale was long) because "chairs sit differently for different people." So we made the drive. What a great day that was. We met Dennis who showed us the chairs we might like. The people and service at California Dining and Bar Stools are exceptional! We unexpectedly replaced both our kitchen dining set and our dining room table and chairs with quality, elegant furniture for a very good price. It was all delivered to our house the next day by Mike and John. They disassembled our old furniture and moved it to the garage. And they reassembled the new furniture exactly where we wanted it. They were efficient, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We recommend this company without reservation. You should visit them.

I was an overall positive experience. The store owner/manager gave me his undivided attention. He has a very large inventory to select from. I placed an order and am now awaiting the arrival of my order.

Great place and quality stools. Staff friendly and super helpful.Heather was amazing. These are our 2nd stools from them and will be buying more from them in the future.

We had a great experience! Our salesman was Kevin. He was very nice and helpful versus being pushy and obnoxious. He also went out of his way to make us happy with our purchase and our delivery. Additionally, the delivery was perfect! They notified us regarding timing, and they gave us a 2 hour time frame. They arrived right on schedule. The delivery guys were nice, friendly, and professional. I was very impressed by them because they were serious about their work and doing a good job versus arriving late and being high wasting time playing on their cell phones. The same compliment goes for Kevin. So we couldn’t be happier about our experience. Thank you to all of you. Ben and Bambi.

I was looking for drapery for our master bedroom. I went to the store in Stanford. The store manager, George provided the excellent service. He went above and beyond. This was my first time buying drapery and not sure what to look for. He patiently explained all the choices, pro and cons. I finally picked the set I liked. But most of the parts are not in this store. He even went to different stores to pick them up for me!!! I got the set much faster than if I ordered them online. I’m very happy with the purchase. the quality of the products are good. The prices are much lower than the specify store. Thank you George for you excellent service.

This review is for George, I scoured the web to find my mum's favorite mug that had chipped and tracked down the collection it originated from to this store (she bought the mug initially in Thousand Oaks). George kindly shipped us four mugs and saved the day!! Such a lovely human and a delight to work with, thank you for your effort.

Great collection- staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Only bummer is long ship times but store ppl don’t have much control over it.
