I currently live here, and the maintenance service team is top notch. My AC stopped working all the sudden on a Sunday and the Monday after is a holiday, but Blake with the maintenance team repaired the AC for the unit without hesitation. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and explains what is going in very well. Thanks for the help, especially on a holiday!!.

I have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it. The amenities are great, the location cannot be beat, and the Apartments are kept in really nice condition .Kyle and Brian from maintenance Take care of any issues concerning maintenance within what seems like minutes. The staff are always amazingly accommodating, so kind, attentive, and professional. They’re starting to make some really amazing improvements to the property. Also, it is a beautifully dog, friendly building that accepts furry friends of every kind.

The location is so convenient! The airport, Tempe Town Lake, whole foods and all the restaurants near Mill are incredibly close. Every time I come home I always get compliments on the apartment building. Then they're shocked at my rent price compared to other places because of how nice it is. The new management re-did both pools and the leasing office and they look great! The management matters and these guys are super helpful and they're all incredibly nice. Anytime I have any kind of issue, Andre is the go-to guy! He's certainly a reason why I'm resigning. This is by far the best place I have lived in the Valley.

I’ll be honest. Yes, the prices here are definitely on the higher side. But when it comes down to it, the support you get from the staff make it absolutely worth every penny. Throughout my time living here, the team has been nothing but kind, helpful, and professional. With move-out and move-in season being as stressful as it is, I was especially grateful for Kathy and Taylor. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and manageable. Whether it was answering my many questions or walking me through each step, they were incredibly patient and supportive. Huge shoutout to both of you! Thank you for everything! It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares, and this place has just that.

I absolutely love living in Nexa ..! One of the most fine apartments in tempe. Very cooperative staff and even the amenities and other facilities are great. Definitely love the stay here and would want to stay here next year. Probably the best decision made and very safe building with great neighbors and absolutely love the events that take place .. keeps the place lively.

My two colleges kids have been at NEXA for a couple years now. They have been fantastic! The apartments are very nice. They cater to students and provide a safe environment. I highly recommend them.
