Everyone was super nice at this location and very helpful. I worked with Brandon and his team, who sent consistent text messages about my car as it was getting repaired. Brandon was very good about calling back and keeping me up to date at the being with my damage and what the repair time would possibly be. They were able to get my car finished sooner than their original projected time frame, which was nice.

This shop is phenomenal! Brought my car in to repair front end damage. Received my car about a week later in brand new condition looking better than when I bought it. Brandon was very transparent on the process and took care of me with my insurance company. Their staff does incredible work. Couldn’t be happier with the work they performed!

Caliber Collision was a pleasure to work with. They were great at answering my questions and gave regular updates on my car repair. The service advisor was knowledgeable & professional. I was very happy with the finished repairs. My car looks awesome once again!! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I can’t thank this team enough. They replaced my front bumper. I want to first thank Logan my service advisor at my Freeway Chevy dealership, but he referred me here, specifically Princeton and Reilly. It was probably longer, but it seemed like seconds I was able to have all paperwork filled out. Set up and dropoff was easy. Can’t say enough about the service, communication and the end result—quality of the work. I recommend this team with my utmost confidence and respect. But I also want to add…as I face a decision with a work transfer, factoring in things like the people that take care of my cars is a factor for all of us, and I want this team to know that. It’s almost impossible for me to leave this area if this is the attention I get when I need service for my car. Oh yeah…it was supposed to be done on Nov 6. It was completed November 2. Thank you all.

I had body damage on my truck from a collision. Progressive was paying the bill. From the start of the project to the end, Angel handled the project. They did a great job and met my anticapted deadline. They cleaned the vehicle inside and out and whenm I picked it up, it was in better shape when I dropped it off. I would highley reccomend this shop.

Princeton is the best. After my accident in December, insurance tried to total out my car but reps here fought for my car to be repaired with me. Very happy with the end result. Take your car to Prince if you want the best of the best.

Wow! They went above and beyond. They had my car done and delivered to my house in Godspeed. Lol I had my back bumper replaced and they had new plastic brackets put on, and even buffed out a few scratches from the front end as courtesy. My car came back shining clean, smelling amazing and I 10/10 would recommend every day all day! Thanks guys!

I was referred there by Geico to get some repairs to my car after being rear-ended. They had my car fixed, painted and looking brand new within 24 hours! They staff was friendly, addressed all questions and kept me updated every min of the way. Highly recommend!

I had Brian Kelly come have a look at my front fender that wasn't put back properly after I had radiator work done at another shop. He had it fixed in 12 minutes , no charge. Great shop friendly folks.
