I am a longtime Honda owner, used to drive a 2004 Honda pilot for 14 years. I’ve been getting my Service at Tempe Honda for several years. It was time to upgrade the car and I knew I wanted to dip my toes in the electric world. I drove cars from Volvo, Audi until I stumbled upon the Honda prologue. It’s the newest addition to their fleet of cars, all electric, and it is quite the head turner and wasn’t on my radar at all. After I test drove it, I knew that I wanted to potentially buy vs lease this car. I had a certain budget I wanted to stay in when leasing the vehicle. I obtained several quotes from Honda dealers in the valley and Tempe Honda being my home Honda store, they went above and beyond to give me the best offer in order to keep my business. The customer service was excellent. They walked me through every technological feature of the car. I am very pleased with my new car. Would definitely recommend them.

I am an experienced buyer so didn’t want the hassle of going back and forth and being overcharged. Gage introduced me to Louise who was super friendly and straightforward too. I can’t say this enough about this dealership, AMAZING, starting from our sales guy, who met roughly a year ago, Jordan. When we happen to be looking for the same kind of vehicle, that we just purchased, a Jeep compass. But needless to say, my wife,and I were just rebuilding and reestablishing our credit than, and still building it , but the finance department pulled through and we were able to buy a 2025 Jeep compass 4 x 4 turbo engine. But, I saved the best for last, Charles McFarlane was a outstanding sales manager, minor issue with some detailing when we purchased the car, not only made that right, he split the cost for us to get our rims powder coated so I would get the black rims that I so, so desperate wanted, even loaned us a dealer car while ours was being done, extraordinary manager. Thank you Charles, Jordan, and thank you to the amazing finance staff. I would most definitely buy my next car and my next car and my next car from this dealership, especially if Jordan and Charles are there.

WOW! I am beyond impressed with the sales and service that I have received since purchasing my new van from this dealership. Kevin in sales answered all my questions and made the sale go smoothly. Christian has been amazing during the sale and after. He has checked in with me to see if everything was going well and helped me get new mudflaps installed. Christian always greets me by name whenever I go to the dealership. Such a great personal touch. Ruth in service was extremely friendly and made my visit very brief.
