Wow, amazing amazing service. I went to this auto shop feeling desperate today and left relieved. I recently got a nail in my tired and went to discount tires because I heard they patched the hole for free. I went and they refused to fix it because my tires were close to needing replaced. Instead I asked for discount to put my spare on so I could patch the tire myself. When I went to put my patched tire back on my car the lug nuts were far too tight for me to get them off without a higher grade tool. I went back to discount and asked them to put the tire back on, they refused. I remembered passing this auto shop a few times and figured I could try it out and see if they could just put my tire back on for me. I walked into the doors, was helped within two minutes and then ten minutes later I was driving off with my tire back on my car. The quick and highly personable experience is making me consider getting my brakes changed with them as well.

My friends recommended this place to me. I got a dashboard light that was always on, and they helped me quickly check the code. Days later, I dropped off my car early in the morning, and then in the afternoon, they called me back with the diagnosis result and a potential solution - I suspect this is a manufacturer issue because people are sharing similar experiences online, so I'd like to wait for a recall. I really appreciate the help, they are fast, fair, and knowledgeable.

We had our rear wheel bearing replaced here. Cost efficient and speedy service! When we had concerns after the service the mechanic met with us same day to discuss the repair. Provided great recommendations for further care of vehicle. Impressed by the kindness and sincerity of Choice Auto Repair.

The crew here are very courteous and professional. Thomas and Matt helped me out here. I had my Tacoma serviced here for some Air conditioning work before I left for a road trip. They communicated with me every step of the way and even gave me a detailed inspection. They made sure my truck was safe for my trip and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommending this shop to all my friends and family.

Great service! Got me right in. Installed a part that I already had. Changed an air filter for me since I've been in a lot of dust. They told me that they check everything out . I expected them to come back with other things that needed work but they didn't. Said everything looks great. I'll be back to get future work done with them.

Wayne Hendrix and Chris Knight are very knowledgeable and very courteous every time we needed our vehicles worked on. From engine replacement to simple oil changes, this shop is top-notch in everything thing they do! Our only regret is that Chris Knight moved to Texas and is no longer our #1 mechanic! Wayne has now taken over for Chris! Sun Devil Auto-Tempe lost a great employee when Chris left. Took my son's car here to rectify a noise in the engine I was not familiar with. Wayne and Wes were great about keeping me in the loop and clearly explaining the issue (plugs, wiring and more).
