My son and I came into Floor and Decor in Tempe to look at stuff for his bathroom remodel. Romeo Came over to help us, and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional very helpful in his suggestions. I appreciate His Assistance and expertise! Very good experience.

He guided us in selecting the perfect tiles, patiently answered all our questions, and even helped us switch carts when our stack started resembling the Leaning Tower of Pisa. McFarland and Son came to patch a place in my carpet, right next to the tile where my puppy had chewed it. He did a fabulous job, The customer service was great. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

They came promptly on time, pleasant to have work in my house and did an amazing job of taking out a significant carpet bump that had been there a few years. He had to travel an hour plus to get here but that was part of the job. I highly recommend their service.
