We had a great experience shopping for a new living room couch this past weekend at The Dump in Tempe, Arizona. The showroom is packed with great options to choose from, we weren’t faced with any high pressure sales tactics, & the entire team was helpful and knowledgeable. Our Sales expert, Shad was A-1! He helped us through the purchasing & take home process once we found the perfect couch, & made our experience one to remember. Thanks, Shad! The warehouse team is the best too! They went above & beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and the Warehouse Supervisor even FaceTimed us to walk us through the set up and answer all of our questions. My husband and I have been looking for a bedroom set for years and recently needed to get a new couch. I dread furniture shopping as most places hound you at first step in the door and follow you around pressuring you. Just makes us uncomfortable. But not the case today thankfully. BRADLEY greeted us and let us look around. He checked on us a few times to see if we had any questions but was very pleasant and NOT pushy or hovering! This was by far the best furniture shopping experience we have had and we ended up finding what we were both looking for. Great experience and the manager was kind and accommodating as well. Furniture is very personal, The Dump knows this and treat you accordingly. No pushing no rushing, conversations on color, what you are trying to match and how you want to feel is all revenant because the funiture you purchase is a part of your daily life and in my case the atmosphere for my bedroom. AMAZING!!! i bought a mattress here a few weeks ago because for the last few years I was sleeping on an air mattress "Not a Good Idea" so I was in the market for something comfortable and supportive when it came to my back. After testing out a few different mattresses, I found the right one! Hanan was very informative and super helpful and answered every question I had. I was having trouble falling asleep for the past few months, and now whenever I crawl into bed, I swear I can just feel the stress melting off my body as this mattress is super comfortable! I even bought a cooling pillow which always stays nice and cool and comfortable for my neck as well. The entire transaction was seamless and I had no issues. I now sleep very comfortably! worth every penny.

We had a great experience with Nolan Wilcoxson at the Tempe Ashley store. I had just had hip replacement surgery and he brought chairs over to a special area so I didn’t have to walk all over the store. My husband was out of town so when he came back the following week, we went back to the store and fortunately Nolan was working. We both recognized each other and I ended up buying one of the sets of chairs for the dining room table.. He was truly a joy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Doing business at this location was amazing. Service was excellent and the team working with me made me feel valued and they cared about me. Roushan did everything he could to assist me with my needs. He stayed overtime to continue working with me and always kept a smile on his face. The manager Luna made sure he could work everything to also make us feel like a valued customer. I recommend this store and their representatives 100.
